Welcome! I’m Dr. Gadde, a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Critical Care, and I created this virtual clinic to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and patient-focused.

I earned my medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in 2010, then completed my Internal Medicine residency at Louisiana State University, followed by a Nephrology fellowship at Tulane University and a Critical Care fellowship at East Carolina University. With over a decade of experience in medicine—and more than eight years dedicated to telehealth—I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be to get timely medical care.

Primary care, urgent care, and weight loss management are often delayed due to long wait times and limited availability. That’s why I started this virtual-only clinic—to remove barriers and bring high-quality, personalized healthcare directly to you.
